The Roxas Kalaw Foundation for the Eradication of Poverty works with both national and

A decision making tool which allows communities to make informed and sustainable decisions about the direction of their development agendas. CEESAM accounts for the economic performance of households and communities, and measures this against the
community’s impacts to its surrounding natural resource base.

A decision making tool which allows communities to make informed decisions about the sustainable use of their natural resources. The tool measures how much natural resources we have (biocapacity), how much we consume, and who consumes what resource (footprint). The tool also tracks resource flows, and is scalable from the individual to a country wide scale.
